Requirements

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with frontend web development (Javascript, HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity building with SaaS (Software as a Service) APIs (GraphQL, Rest) is a plus.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Familiarity with Case Management Workflow or Customer Experience is a plus.
