- Learn in-depth about our partner products.
- Understand requirements from customers who use our partner products, and how we can help them achieve with the usage of VLAN Asia’s internal systems and API.
Zendesk Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Tool/Solution currently used by our customers and future customers.
- Learn in-depth about the CX Tool.
- Manage, Configuration and Support of the CX tool.
- Discovery of case management workflows in requirement gathering stage of customers.
- Match customer requirements to proposed solutions
- Work together with Sales team on CX solution proposal.
- Customization of CX Tool using the API (Javascript).
- Customization of CX Tool Themes using HTML/CSS/Javascript
Junior Developer.
Responsibilities- The Junior Developer (API Focused) is part of an agile development team, focused on API development. API development includes connecting various Software as a Service (SaaS) APIs and building middleware with the JavaScript stack or, if available, Low-Code solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.
- Junior Developer (API Focused) is involved in all areas of development from design to development to testing.
- As part of the development team, Junior Developer (API Focused) will also work on developing and maintaining Web Applications built on the JavaScript stack.

- Understand & Managed Active Directory & File Servers.

- Understand & Managed Microsoft O365 email services tenant.
